Du kommer lämna stöd och ge inriktningar i it-säkerhetsfrågor, och arbeta proaktivt med regelverksförändringar samt riktlinjer inom olika teknikområden. You'll help ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and security of the networking layer, act as a 3rd/4th line escalation point for complex issues, and represent real-world operational needs in the upstream OpenStack community to help shape the future of Neutron and related projects. Examples of responsibilities: Design scalable, resilient, and secure OpenStack networking platforms with a strong focus on Neutron and OVN/OVS. Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of virtual networking services, including L2/L3 networking, DHCP, metadata, floating IPs, NAT, security groups, and tenant segmentation. Ensure that OpenStack networking platforms meet security, compliance, and operational standards. Support upgrades, lifecycle management, and change execution across OpenStack networking services, with a strong focus on service continuity. Troubleshoot complex control plane and data plane issues across OpenStack networking components and the underlying Linux networking stack. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for critical infrastructure services. A solid understanding of Linux networking concepts such as routing, bridging, namespaces, iptables/nftables, bonding, MTU, and packet flow analysis. Experience designing and building automation for cloud infrastructure using tools such as Ansible. Very strong skills in Python and Bash. Vi söker en förvaltningsledare som får en central roll i att driva utvecklingsarbetet av Regionarkivets förvaltningsstyrning där våra system och applikationer ingår i en fungerande helhet. Arbetsuppgifter Vi erbjuder ett intressant arbete i en liten förvaltning med ett stort och viktigt samhällsuppdrag. Som förvaltningsledare hos oss ansvarar du för att leda, samordna och följa upp förvaltning och utveckling. Rollen innebär att du omsätter verksamhetens behov i tydliga planer, prioriteringar och förändringsarbete. Du fungerar som en sammanhållande länk mellan objektägare, verksamhet och leverantörer. En viktig del av uppdraget är att skapa tydlighet kring ansvar, mål, prioriteringar, beroenden och leveranser. Du får vara med och utveckla en tjänst som är placerad på kansliet. De övriga medarbetarna är stödfunktioner inom it, informationssäkerhet, dataskydd, arkivjuridik, ärendehandläggning, digitalisering och kommunikation. I din roll har du ett nära samarbete med övriga stödfunktioner, kärnverksamheten och förvaltningsledningen. Kvalifikationer Vi vill att du har: Högskoleutbildning, exempelvis systemvetenskap, offentlig förvaltning, informatik eller annan kompetens som vi bedömer som likvärdig. Erfarenhet av projektledning, förändringsledning eller av förvaltningsarbete i en samordnande roll. Du har också arbetat med PM3, ITIL eller motsvarande förvaltningsmodell Mycket goda it-kunskaper och teknisk kompetens att kunna arbeta nära systemanalytiker och externa leverantörer för att lösa problem och planera för systemförändringar God förståelse för verksamhetsprocesser och drift God förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift på svenska Meriterande är om du har arbetat inom offentlig förvaltning med informationshantering eller arkiv och har kännedom om vedertagna standarder som OAIS och PAIMAS, Har du erfarenhet av arbete med informations- och cybersäkerhet, dataskydd och upphandling, avtalsuppföljning och leverantörsstyrning är även det meriterande.
