About the Role As an Operational Systems Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for colleagues seeking guidance or support with our internal systems. Working closely with colleagues across departments, you’ll tackle technical challenges, enhance processes, and ensure the systems are used effectively—all while managing tasks and requests through our internal ticket system. In this role, you’ll be part of our Operational Excellence team, a dynamic group of nine who combine expertise, ambition, and a collaborative spirit to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage systems like HubSpot, Moment/Milient, StartDeliver, DealHub, FreshDesk, and SharePoint Create processes and workflows that make it easier for teams to use and benefit from these tools Provide support to colleagues with system navigation or troubleshooting via the internal ticket system Collaborate with team members on projects to improve operational efficiency What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and has a natural knack for problem-solving. You thrive on helping others, enjoy learning new systems, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. While we don’t expect you to have experience with all the tools we use, familiarity with platforms like HubSpot or SharePoint and a proactive mindset is a great plus. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field Great communication skills in English (written and spoken) A strong technical mindset and a natural curiosity for learning new tools A service-minded approach – you enjoy supporting colleagues and solving challenges An eye for detail and the ability to keep things organized Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or JSON is a plus Location We believe you’re based in Malmö or Stockholm and can work from the office at least three days a week, with flexibility to work remotely when it suits you. About the roleAs a Solution Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our wider product team. In this role, you’ll focus on developing tailored solutions that empower our customers to navigate and comply with various sustainability frameworks. Your work will ensure that our SaaS platform becomes a vital tool for customers in achieving their sustainability goals.Key responsibilities: Integrate, optimize, and implement key sustainability standards to help our customers achieve compliance. Build templates that deliver an outstanding experience to hundreds of clients. Ideate, build, test, maintain, and improve solutions, owning the full life-cycle of your work. Provide technical expertise to Product Managers on how best to meet our customers' needs through our platform. Share your knowledge and help evolve team best practices, serving as both mentor and mentee. Use your growth mindset to solve real-world problems for our customers.
