För en av våra kunders räkning söker vi nu en senior verksamhetsutvecklare. Vår kund är ett väletablerat konsultbolag med stark ekonomi. Företaget erbjuder intressanta uppdrag inom offentlig sektor, med fokus på samhällsnyttiga tillämpningar, samt en trygg anställning med kollektivavtal. Företaget har varit verksam sedan 2003 och har idag cirka 100 medarbetare.
Du kommer att arbeta i trevliga lokaler i centrala Kiruna, med möjlighet att även arbeta hemifrån.
Som senior verksamhetsutvecklare blir din roll att tillsammans med andra automationsexperter hjälpa företagets offentliga kunder i deras övergång till en effektivare ärendehantering. Detta frigör tid för värdeskapande arbete och leder till förbättrad kvalitet, högre rättssäkerhet samt nöjdare medborgare och medarbetare.
Vi söker dig som:
• har minst 5 års erfarenhet som verksamhetsutvecklare
• är van att leda team med både IT-nära och/eller verksamhetsnära kompetenser
• har vana av att koordinera och leda arbetsmöten och workshops samt att rapportera och kommunicera med styrgrupper
• behärskar olika metoder, modeller och verktyg för effektiv projektledning, verksamhetsutveckling och förändringsledning
• har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
• har utbildning och eventuell certifiering i traditionell projektledning och agil metodik
• har akademisk utbildning inom IT

Your Role
We are looking for two Maintenance Engineers to join our processing operations in Svappavaara. This is a rewarding and stimulating role where you will play a key part in improving the reliability and availability of our facilities, working closely with various teams.
Your Responsibilites:
Leading the strategic development of maintenance in the pelletizing and beneficiation plants by continuously analyzing and tracing root causes that affect reliability and availability
Solving technical issues
Participating in projects as a technical expert from the operations team
Being part of the improvement group, occasionally leading the group
Managing budget and follow-ups related to maintenance work

Qualifications:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent work experience is considered a merit
Category B driver’s license, as this is a requirement for all positions at LKAB
Good proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, since it will be used in daily work
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Additional Merits:
Professional experience in process industry, maintenance operations or predictive maintenance
Knowledge of IFS
