Developing creative ways to find and attract new talent.
Responding to candidate inquiries and providing relevant information.
Your Qualifications:
Native Norwegian speaker with strong English skills (B2).
Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred but not required.
International work or remote experience is a plus.
Time spent living abroad is a major advantage.
Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
Familiarity with the culture and mindset of the countries and languages you'll be working with.
