About the role As our Product Owner at Xensam, you will be responsible to ensure effective product delivery and execution by translating the strategic direction into clear, actionable plans for the engineering team. You’ll drive the delivery of the roadmap, managing priorities, workflows, and execution consistency within your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a smooth delivery flow, ensuring efficient progress toward roadmap goals, and fostering strong collaboration across teams. Responsibilities Drive on-time, high-quality delivery of roadmap items.  Research upcoming features and turn them into detailed technical specifications and requirements. Evaluate feature feasibility and design trade-offs, considering system architecture, dependencies, and user impact. Manage team priorities, planning, and daily workflows to maintain continuous progress. Keep backlog items clear, updated, and structured with acceptance criteria and dependencies. Coordinate with QA, Support, and other teams to ensure alignment and fast resolution of delivery issues. Contribute to the evolution of delivery processes, tooling, and collaboration frameworks as the organization scales. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Agile Delivery, or a similar role working closely with engineering teams. Experience with software products involving agents, connectors, or system integrations. Proven experience managing backlog execution, sprint planning, and delivery workflows for technical software products. Strong familiarity with agile methods and tooling. Experience working in distributed teams, aligning across multiple products or subsystems. Excellent organizational and coordination skills - able to align multiple workstreams and dependencies. Strong communication and prioritization abilities to ensure clarity for all stakeholders. Technically confident, able to discuss software architecture, APIs, integrations, and deployment considerations. Bonus points if you Have experience in IT asset management (ITAM), software asset management (SAM), endpoint management, monitoring, or security software. Together, we build the future of SAM.  About the role Xensam is now seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead and execute our content strategy across digital, paid, brand and demand marketing channels.  The ideal candidate is an independent content leader who owns end-to-end content strategy, planning, production, and optimization with measurable impact on brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and self-driven execution. Responsibilities You will own the entire content lifecycle: develop, maintain, and execute an editorial calendar that covers blogs, white papers, brochures, infographics, website updates, and more, prioritizing key business objectives. Furthermore you will: Lead content strategy across digital platforms (website, blog, social, email) and paid channels (PPC, sponsored content, demand generation) to drive pipeline and qualified leads. Research and create customer-centric content by proactively engaging with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product) to understand products, markets, and audience needs. Own and manage Xensam’s organic social strategy and execution including performance optimisation to grow brand awareness, audience and inbound leads. Optimize content for all stages of the funnel, ensuring messaging that resonates for awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cross-channel integration and consistency - supporting email, events, campaigns, and landing pages as needed. Own measurable content outcomes: develop content that directly drives traffic, leads, and sales pipeline; regularly report and iterate for business impact. Stay ahead of trends, propose new formats, and leverage AI tools as appropriate to drive efficiency without sacrificing tone of voice, originality or quality. Deliver quickly and reliably - operating with autonomy and a business-first mindset, not waiting for creative briefs or excessive direction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years’ proven experience in B2B SaaS/tech content management - planning, creating, and optimizing multichannel content that drives demand and business outcomes. Demonstrated success managing and executing editorial calendars and integrated content programs. Good understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, paid media tactics, and analytics tools. Self-sufficient professional with a strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities. Excellent professional communication in English; with Swedish or Romanian a plus. Include portfolio including examples of content strategy, demand generation campaigns, blog development, brochures, and paid media assets for B2B audiences. Together, we build the future of SAM.  About the role Xensam is now seeking a Creative Designer to elevate our brand’s visual impact across social, digital, event, and content marketing channels. This position is intended for professionals with a proven B2B SaaS experience. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual contributor comfortable with delivering high-quality creative output with speed, precision, and volume in a fast-paced organisation. Responsibilities You will own, maintain and evolve the visual identity of our brand across all marketing channels and campaigns. You will also design and produce digital assets like: social content, digital ads, content marketing, website landing pages, email and webinar collateral - optimized for brand visibility, demand generation, and conversion. Other responsibilities that you will have: Develop engaging event visuals (booth designs, banners, collateral) for tradeshows, and user conferences. Transform webinar and video content into compelling multimedia assets for further marketing and sales enablement. Develop creative assets for content marketing, including white papers, brochures and presentations, with a clear B2B focus. Leverage AI tools and prompts to increase efficiency while maintaining creative excellence and brand consistency. Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to iterate concepts and deliver quickly at startup speed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years’ hands-on experience designing and producing assets for B2B SaaS or technology-led marketing. Portfolio demonstrating professional work on real B2B projects (not including retail, agency, or DTC-only work). Complete proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and collaboration platforms like Figma. Deep understanding of design principles (typography, colour, layout, digital usability) for business-driven audiences. Demonstrated proficiency using AI design tools and techniques. Self-sufficient professional with a strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities. Excellent professional communication in English; with Swedish or Romanian a plus.
