About the role As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Xensam's global footprint. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, initiating the sales process and building valuable relationships. You'll work closely with the Sales Team and Marketing team to execute effective outreach strategies and foster meaningful connections with prospects. Responsibilities Conducting extensive market research to identify new leads and target industries for IT asset management solutions Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospective customers to understand their needs, educate them about our products or services, and promote the value proposition of our solutions Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers and generate sales leads Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their fit and potential as a prospective client Delivering on KPI and sales quota Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and prospect information in the CRM system Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects and progress through the sales pipeline Collaborate with colleagues and sales team to identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges in the sales process and share best practices and sales techniques to enhance team performance Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help refine marketing strategies, product development, and customer service initiatives Qualifications A passion for sales and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not a strict requirement Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate Xensam's value proposition convincingly Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric mindset Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and prospecting lists Adaptability and willingness to learn about the industry and market trends Fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch What you get A generous work culture with free drinks and snacks, office massages, and more. About the role As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise clients. You will work closely with them to understand their business needs, implement effective strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted advisor relationships. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary. Renew accounts to enhance customer retention with timely management. Represent customers’ needs and success stories to drive customer-centric improvements across the company. Keep educational, power points and self-service resources up-to-date. Anticipate customer needs by analyzing usage patterns, engagement metrics, and feedback. Manage and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and tracking all customer interactions. Use the CRM to monitor customer health, manage tasks, and maintain a clear view of the customer lifecycle. Qualifications  5+ years of experience working B2B as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager or Senior Customer Success Manager. Experience with support tools and platforms like HubSpot. Excellent presentation and organizational skills. An innovative self leader that is service minded. Proficiency in languages like German, and Dutch is a plus. Experience in the field of SaaS is a requirement. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish. About the role About the role As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for strengthening and protecting the organization’s security foundation. You will design and implement security controls, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that critical systems remain resilient against evolving threats. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic guidance, supporting teams across the organization in building and maintaining secure architectures and workflows. Your expertise will help drive strong security practices, improve defenses, and uphold a reliable and secure operational environment. Responsibilities In this role, you will develop and maintain the security controls that protect the organization’s systems, infrastructure, and data. You will monitor for threats, address vulnerabilities, and ensure that risks are identified and mitigated effectively. Good understanding of offensive security methods (e.g. OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST). Ability to perform manual exploitation and simulate real-world attacks. Experience with red team or adversary simulation. Cloud, infrastructure and AppSec Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized systems. Understanding of secure development, SDLC, and DevSecOps. Ability to script or automate (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash). Experience with threat modeling and security architecture reviews. Familiar with Zero Trust and network segmentation. Security operations Understanding of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and attacker behavior in logs. Ability to identify detection gaps and improve defenses. Experience working with incident response and security improvements. Risk, compliance and communication Familiar with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, CIS, or PCI-DSS. Able to explain technical risks in a clear, business-relevant way. Experience delivering reports with clear recommendations. Ways of working Takes ownership and drives work forward. Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented. Comfortable leading initiatives and working across teams.
