Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's technological strategy in line with business goals.
Lead and inspire a team of engineers and developers.
Ensure that technical resources are used efficiently and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technical solutions that support the company's growth.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a leading technical role, preferably as a CTO or similar.
Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies/platforms.
Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions based on business needs.
